Ok so I have been a long time mac user and recently upgraded to the 27" imac from my 2010 MBP. After a day of use I have had some serious eye strain and headaches. I have done multiple searches on this and have concluded that nothing is working (i.e. positioning of the imac, software solutions (shades), gamma correction, reducing brightness). I am at the end of my rope and considering reverting back to PC
, due to a lack of matte finish/LCD options. My last resort will be to try the Gunnar computer glasses which are suppose to reduce glare and eye strain.
