Hi, i need some help

My mac dosen't start properly so i search on the net how can i started up and did this steps

I start up the macbook while holding Command+s

Then it brings up the prompt.

I then type: /sbin/fsck -fy

It then outputs a message saying:

disk0s2: I/0 error.

i did the again the same thing and

It then outputs a message saying:

/dev/rdisk0s2 (hfs) EXITED WITH SIGNAL 8

After that, i type in: /sbin/mount -uw /

Then I type: exit

It runs the logout scripts and then immedietly boots up fine, like the computer has no problem but after that we freezes all the time and i can´t do anything

It seems most likely that your hard drive is failing.
I hope you have a backup.

Welcome to Mac-Forums

CMD+S is putting into single user mode, usually use to repair issues that prevent the Mac from booting. The "fsck" command is doing a check on the filesystem and you have and getting I/O error there is not usually a good thing..

But you should also be passing in the disk name I believe..

If you're not familiar with the command line it might be better to start in the verbose mode .
It than runs fsck by default and used the correct syntax .

Helps if you provide model and operating system. If using Lion boot from recovery and run Repair Disk and if using Snow Leopard boot from install disc and do the same. Agree sounds like you have a failing hard drive.
