nitotv wiped my atv2 no plea

I upgraded all packages through nitotv & after the reboot all my programmes are gone like plex & couch surfer last fm & other stuff no xbmc its weird its never done it before.
I jail broke it with green poison its on iOS 4.2.1 & was on atv flash 1.4 the latest
all thats is left on the screen is movies youtube computer & settings,any help how to get
it all back would be much appreciated.
