Problem with my Ipod and looking up certain songs?

Whenever I look up songs through artist for some reasons my Ipod won't show me certain songs through artists. For example I'll look through the artist section and I'll pick 50 cent and none of his songs will be there but if I look through the songs section all his songs are there. Why is this?

Because the songs are mislabelled, ie the tags that iTunes uses to keep track of the songs aren't correct.

You can fix the tags in iTunes on your computer.
