How do I fix this?

I can't install any software updates because I keep getting the error message:
"None of the selected updates could be installed. You don't have permission"

I've repaired the 'permissions' using Disk Utility several times but still nothing.

Is there any way to fix this? It's even interfering with my ability to install other software.

It seems to me that you are not logged in as an administrator. Check this in your system preferences --> users and groups and let us know
