I think its broken

I have a 60 gb ipod video and today for some reason it is really screwy, when i go to the videos section and click on movies, somehow, it redirects me to see all of my songs on my whole ipod and i cant access any movies. If i click on the Music Videos selection, it somehow takes me to the artists section of my ipod and i see all of the artists on my Ipod. I have no idea why its doing this. The only thing I have done to my iPod lately is add some songs, and put a folder called Unusual in the root of the iPod.

Try doing a restore with the iPod Updater SoftWare.

does that mean i will lose all my movies on there, because i would like to back those up before i restore it

You'll loose everything on the iPod but everything's in you iTunes library

no, my videos arent all in my library, is there a way to retrieve them off the iPod before i format it

i can see them on my ipod when its open in iTunes, but they are only on my iPod
