I recently replaced the entire front assembly for my iPod Touch 4th Generation, and went by relatively smoothly, until I attempted to turn it on w/ the lock button, and noticed it DIDN'T work at all. Is there a problem with the ribbon cable or something? I really need help, and need to know what could have possibly happened.

Try seeing if you tore the ribbon cable in the process of fixing the screen. it could also just be loose and need reconnected. try plugging it in and seeing if that will turn the ipod on for you. If you had the ipod on during the fix then hold the home and lock button and see if that resets it.
