imac, 2.5 GHz Intel core i5, 12G ram 3TB Drobo
I'm running Lion 10.7.3. Can I run PS elements 8 or 9? I really don't want to go to 10 and would actually prefer a 7. It seems the newer the version, the more complicated they make it. I believe in KISS (keep it simple stupid). Thank you for your time.

16Gb Mac Mini 2018, 15" MacBook Pro 2012 1 TB SSD
I'm running Lion and PSE 8.0, but I would have no hesitation about moving up to vs 9 or 10. Appears to have added some nice features and doesn't seem any harder to use, but opinions vary.
