Apple tv issues

I have an apple tv running 5.0 I live in Taiwan but the atv is from canada, as is my itunes account. Ever since updating to 5.0 i have lost youtube and idont have any other apps. ust My computer and settings. ALSO it often shows up as turn on home sharing, when it is turned on and the wifi is working fine, as was everything 5 min before but I have to reboot my router (airport exress) in order for it to work again. also i have paid for NHL game center, is there anyway to get the NHL app from somewhere, as it is not on the my device.
any help on these issues would be great. thanks
