Word Search for PDFs on Preview (Lion OSX)

I was wondering if it's possible to do a word search (cmd + F) on Preview for a PDF of a screen shot. Are there any programs out there that can help decode words on screen shot pages?

You'd need to run it though a piece of OCR software to convert it to text first. Then search on that.

OCR software isn't 100% accurate (although it can get quite close sometimes). If you go this route, you'll definitely want to double check the results.
