Nameless CD? Help Please!

So basically, yesterday I was burning my homemade song to a disc. After I Finished burning it, I pushed eject, the disc came out. I looked in finder, and it said It was still there.
But now, a folder with a nuke sign on it. (Shown in the picture below)





What can I do?!?!?!?

PS: Namnlös CD means Nameless CD in Swedish

Looks like you created an image on your HDD.

Happened once for me, rebooted and everything was better.

I'm assuming that you used a burn folder to do this. Did you happen to drag it to the sidebar?

No, It just appeared there after I was finished burning

Drag it off the sidebar onto the desktop - poof!
