Converting iTunes music library

Hey, i was wondering what the fastest way is to convert my itunes library into mp3 192kbps. i remmeber seeing a script that did it than deleted the duplicates is that the fastest way? thanks. also would i have to go through and select all the songs since there's videos in there too?

Well I can't help with the script part but an easy way to only select all your music is to create a smart playlist and include only the "Kinds" that your music is, MP3, AAC, etc.

As far as converting in general though is all of your music currently higher than 192 kbps? If not I wouldn't convert it as it will just take up more space and sound worse than the unconverted song.
