Hello,
since I have installed OSx 10.7.3, when I press CMD my MacBookPro hides all the windows and shows me the desktop. It is an annoying problem, e.g. when I simply try to cut-paste something.
I checked Preferences, shortcuts and Universal Access: it seems all right.
Then I created another profile, and in the new one the problem disappeared.

What can I do?

Thanks!

Go to System Preferences > Mission Control. I'm willing to bet that "Show Desktop" is set to the Command key that you keep pushing.

Any 3rd party apps installed? Typinator, anything that can override the keyboard?

Check System Preferences -> Keyboard -> Keyboard shortcuts and Keyboard -> Keyboard -> Modifier keys

In System Preferences > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts > Mission Control, is the Command key set to "Show Desktop"?

Is it both command buttons or just one? If only one, which one?

What keyboard are you using? If the install detected it as the wrong type - then it could get mixed up on what key you are pressing.

Check Preferences -> Language and Text -> and make sure that the proper local keyboard is set. And/Or try swapping it around to see if something got stuck.

Sorry for my english...

for other users that may have the same problem, I solve the problem by changing:

System preferences - Mission control - Keyboard and mouse shortcuts - Show desktop
