Powerbook g4, OS 10.5.8
Sometimes when I start up my computer the screen tweaks out and displays a bunch of squares like in the attached picture.
Other times it will start up normally but as soon as I hover over the dock the whole computer freezes. I can still move the cursor around but I can't affect anything.
Neither issues occur when I boot in safe mode. I tried running a disk check but it found no problems. Any ideas?
