PLEASE HELP!! my mac book pro is slow

i have a mac book pro and i have all the updates and mac keeper and also mac tune up and i am still running slow, i don't know how to use mac cleaner very well or the mac keeper any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated, thank you

Please do a search in our forums for MacKeeper and MacCleaner. Both are bad for your machine and do more damage than good. I strongly suggest you uninstall both programs. Follow the directions on the MacKeeper site to completely remove it.
