MS word is not working

When I open MS WORD 2011, an error is coming. I have Mac Air pro:

Uninstall MS Office 2011 and reinstall. Follow these directions to uninstall as given by Microsoft. You can not uninstall Office 2011 by dragging files to the Trash.
