Hey, I've recently boought a nice new iBook after using a windows computer. I'm very happy apart from the fact a lot of the video files on the internet need windows media. I've tried downloading the windows media player for mac from microsoft, but when i go to installl it says i need to chose which program to use to open it. Any ideas guys?
Thanks in advance, Greg.

Why Windows Media Player

I don't see why you want to use WMP for viewing movies. I use VLC Player because i simply supports ALL video-formats. I think you should try it!

Uh-oh, that's: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

Yes, I agree with Octo all the way. I only keep WMP around for embedded web content, then just use VLC for everything else saved on my puter'.
