I am new to this forum and I hope I am posting this query on the correct venue. At any rate, I have the new version MacBook Air that is only a few weeks old. Today in an attempt to download a few software updates the MacBook Air went into a freeze up where nothing at all would operate.
I am not able to use the unit. Before I go to an Apple Store this week when i am off duty at work, I am using my MacBook Pro. However if anyone can come up with a remedy before hand I would be greatly appreciative.(I was waiting to purchase the Apple Care in a few weeks when I have the funds for it).
