Problems with internet connection

Im having some pretty substantial problems with my internet connection. After about 10 minutes of being connected, everything stops working. I get no error messages or anything, things just stop loading and i cannot do anything. When I refresh, it just loads forever. To get it to work again i have to turn off airport and then turn it on again.

Any suggestions for fixing this problem?

I have a macbook pro 13" from 2009, version 10.5.8

For troubleshooting, install iStumbler:
iStumbler 99
Use it to analyze signal strength, how many other routers are using the same channel near you, and if the signal changes when you start having problems, etc.

...or you might need to contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) about the drop outs that you're getting
