A few weeks ago, I noticed 'BEAN' appearing in dock. I don't recall downloading it from the app store or under what circumstances it appears, but it seemed to go away. This morning, I opened an excel file, watched a couple of web casts from KelbyTV, imported some pics into iPhoto, more web surfing and then I see BEAN again in dock. Is this something provided by Apple or did it install when I upgraded iPhoto or installed Lightroom4 or updated parallels, because those are the only things I've done lately that seemed to affect the HD of my iMac. If not required by any other app, is there a reason to keep it?

Is it this Bean?

If so, then no, it's not required by any other App, nor is it something that's typically bundled in a package. It's just a free word processor. How it got on there is anyone's guess...
