login screen

Hey so i have changed my login screen display ;however, it still displays an annoying apple in the middle of it and it lights up the screen around the login boxes. How do i remove the apple logo and the lighting?

sweet thank you but i can't seem to remove the login screen icon with it, only change it :(. That being said it did a great job at changing my launchpad background =D. Also i would like to change the colour of my title bars and action bar at the top of the screen. does anyone have any experience with that? the only options from the system settings are graphite and blue but i want black :p.
