Rosetta Stone

Hello, my aunt has installed Rosetta Stone on her iMac G5 and had it run correctly the first time on the night of the install. However, now when she tries to open the application, a black screen pops up and the colorful beach ball pops up and just spins and spins until we get annoyed and force quit rosetta Stone. I also opened up activity monitor and it said Rosetta stone was taking up 94.30% processing power. Please help I don't know what's wrong! Thanks for everything.
