Can you change the background on the login screen?

yes it can be done...if you go to http://www.resexcellence.com/mods_04/03-09-04.shtml this shows you how to go about it...i have done it before from that site but with software where you just dropped a picture where you wanted and it did all the changing for you...take alot around that site...there is lots there !
