New iPad using Verizon

I currently use my iPad 1 with AT&T service purchased on a monthly basis when I need 3G. If I buy a new iPad 3 and get the Verizon 4g model, does Verizon also have a monthly as needed plan such as ATT's?

Yes, they do. You can see the pricing on Apple's website when you go to order an iPad 3 (note that the iPad 2 does not have 4G).
