Hey everyone,

As some of you might know Apple have switched off iCloud Push Email in Germany as a result of a lawsuit with Motorola. I've not really seen many people talking about this as most people on these sites probably aren't from Germany and don't really care. I've been a paid MobileMe customer for a few years now and I still have about 6 months left of my most recent subscription. Now that Apple have switched off iCloud Push Email I kind of feel like I'm really losing out on something I have paid for. I know that iCloud accounts are free now but they weren't when I signed up for that push email account. Regardless of that, I'm off point. Does anyone think that Apple will be able to appeal (and win) against this ruling? If so, how long do these things usually take? Of course I can rely on 'fetch' but it's kind of not the point.

I hope you're all well. =D

It will probably come down to a licensing agreement at some point.

The way these lawsuits are going back and forth between Apple, and the Android phone companies, that may take a while tho.
