Notes and Todos application

Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone has come across an application that has both note taking and todo management capabilities? There seem to be a lot out there for one or the other, but not one that integrates both.

An added bonus would be to be able to create todos that linked to the notes so that they could be referenced really easily.
