Cannot Email Safari page or contents

I am having trouble emailing a webpage from safari says i need to install Mail , how dumb is OSX Lion anyway? Anyone else have issues with this and any ideas on the fix? would be appreciated as you all can see Safari & Mail are open but read Safari error message
