Adding ntlworld.com email account to Mail?

Hiya!

I've just tried adding my ntlworld.com email account to Mail, but it ain't happy with that at all :')
Every time I put it in it comes up with this message: "Logging in to the SMTP server “smtp.ntlworld.com” failed. Make sure the user name and password you entered are correct, then click Continue. If the information isn’t correct, you cannot send messages."

The email and password I'm putting in are all correct and that. It just doesn't want to connect!
Is there any way I can add this account to Mail or do they just hate each other and refuse to be together? :')

Log on to the "ntworld" server from the web and change your login password. Then go back to Mail, and set the account up once more with the new login password. And don't forget to add it (save) to your keychain. Let's see if that works.
