Apple is reported to be continuing its push on launching a streaming TV service by Christmas, according to the NY Post. Renowned Apple deal broker Eddy Cue has been leading the negotiations with content providers, a number of which have resisted AppleÃ*s efforts to control pricing and revenue splitting. One media exec is reported as saying that ë[Apple] wants everything for nothing,Ã* in a refrain that is reminiscent of AppleÃ*s dealings with publishers and music companies....
