Hey,
I am a big fan of Minecraft and Ive always played it in the mac OS. It looks better and is just awesome. Ive never before had a serious problem with screen tearing in games. Call of Duty 2 has some minor issues but never Minecraft.
Well, I recently upgraded the OS to Lion expecting wonders and beauty. For the most part, yeah it's true. Despite the minor bugs it's great; except for the screen tearing. Minecraft now has BAD tearing whenever I look around, along with other games that don't feature a VSYNC option. I have bootcamp installed, and sometimes when booting into mac after being in bootcamp and messing with Catalyst Control Centre (Also tripple buffering) it doesn't tear that badly. Do games and sometimes applications tear for you guys too, or is it bootcamp? And if so is there any way to fix it???
Thanks,
