Outlook on Mac lost mails

My customer has Outlook for Mac 14.1.4 installed on his i-mac.
The mail server is Exchange 2010.
Randomly some mails in the mailbox are not visible from Outlook for Mac.
Accessing to the maibox by OWA all the messages are present.
Any ideas? :(
