Hi guys

I am doing some math assignments, that require me to make a lot of graphs.
I am completely new (haven't done assignments for 10+ years) so I am very unsure of how to use this application.

I have succeeded in creating one linear function in a graph.
Now I need to create this function in Grapher:
g(x)=1/x+3 , x>0

I have no clue how to get the x>0 in there..

Hoping someone in here can help me solve this:)

Hi chscag

Thanks for the suggestion, I already got as fra as the ehow suggests.
I guess my issues are more specific.
eg. is it possible to just mark out two spots in the graph ( eg. 4 ; 5 and -4 ; -7 ) without knowing the equation..

Hi Lyhne,
It's a bit late, I suppose you spent time to look at the free documentation about Grapher on
<http://y.barois.free.fr/grapher/> "Instructions for Use - Grapher" (pages 43 and 45) after reading the Grapher Help. Sure you solved your problem with these manuals.
A Grapher file in attachment for you.
Enjoy,
