1. how do i format my macbook pro to have factory settings with all drivers? when i purchase the laptop, i didn't see any cd/dvd.

2. i have an existing macbook pro with a user's configuration/files/folders. how do i wipe out just that user's files/folders and keep only the applications/softwares?

If you just want to delete other users - create yourself a new user (System Preferences - Accounts), restart and login to your user.

Use the same Accounts panel in System Preferences to remove all the accounts.
