Anyone using SafeCopy backup and having trouble with it lately? I've used it successfully for approx 2 years now on 2 pc's and my Macbook Pro. But it has suddenly started failing on my Mac, stating "crawler process terminated unexpectedly" in its control panel. Eventually, I get a pinwheel over the SafeCopy icon in the taskbar (top of screen), and I have to resort to Activity Monitor to force a quit. Restarting the app doesn't help, nor does rebooting.
No response from SafeCopy and no leads from Google. Anyone else having a problem?

Update: Well, I guess one just needs to post a problem on the forum, and the problem gets resolved. Not sure why, but SafeCopy just started working again... after four days of frustration on my part. I guess we'll consider this one resolved for now.
