Hello! I have an old iMac 2005. I have searched through the web to find some information on getting my computer restarted. It has a white screen with a globe flashing 6 times and it stops. Nothing else happens. Any advice, suggestions? Any would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like the machine is trying to boot to a network but can't find it. Do you have any operating system disks by chance? Also, you need to post more info about that 2005 iMac so one of our older machine experts can try to help you out.
