Hello,
I recently moved to Australia and my boyfriend and I have a Mac computer and an Ipad. We have a USB Modem from Internode that works wonderfully on the Mac. I understand that I can't plug the USB modem into my Ipad, but I am hoping to tether my Ipad to the Mac and get connected this way. I have heard of using 3G from an Iphone and tethering to a computer, but I am wondering if the opposite could be done (get internet from the computer to the Ipad).
I've also read about putting the SIM card from the USB modem into my Ipad--how does this work? I read something about needed to convert it to a "micro-SIM", and I am not sure what this means.
Thank you!!
