Can you switch out a video card on a G5

This maybe a dumb question but can you switch out a video card like you do on windows base machines? I thinking about purchase a used G5 but it has a low-end video card with 64mb of memory. I am newbie to Mac's. :dummy:

PowerMac G5 Dual 2GHz (June 2004), 2.5GB, Airport, black 5G iPod 30GB, white MacBook 2.0 2GB
You can, but the choice of cards is very limited. Allthough Macs use an AGP slot, PC cards won't work, as the BIOS of the graphics card is totally different.

And Mac cards are more expensive than their PC counterparts...
