Redirecting movies, pictures and music in Lion

Hi folks -
I'm building my Mac with a Win 7 bootcamp partition, and placing my shared music, photos and videos on the NTFS partition.
In Windows you can change the default location for these folders -

I don't see how to do this in Lion. I can see in get info there is a relative path for the folder locations, I want to point them over to the NTFS partition to share with the Win7 boot.

How can I change the location for music, photos and movies?

Just put your files there. OS X doesn't care where they go. You aren't required to use the dedicated folders in your Home folder for those purposes.

EDIT: what you could do is delete those folders in your Home folder and create symbolic links to the ones on your NTFS partition. So long they are the exact same name, apps will treat them as the defaults. Tutorial using a 3rd party service here:
