wired & wireless

o.k. tired of losing the connect on my iMac, posted on this forum, maybe I have wrong wireless router, so I am a desktop that wants to connect to my dsl modem via cat 5, no issue I don't think there, but my printer is wireless, can I have the best of both worlds? connect to internet cat 5 and printer wireless? tks for inputs....Dennis

As long as the printer is connected to the same network - it should print fine. I have a wireless printer and I can print to it from either my wireless network or my wired network - but both networks are the same subnet.
