I have just purchased Paralls for my Mac mini. I want to bring my Windows XP to the MAC. But after a lot of frustration the Parallls tech told me that I cannot use it because I am transferring from a Dell laptop that has Windows XP OEM? Is this true and if so is there anything that I can do about it?

You cannot use the Dell disc and as Dysfunction says buy an OEM or full version. Suggest going with Windows 7 if you have to outlay cash.
