So i installed one of those optical bay hdd caddys for mac book book pro 8.1.
And im a no0b.
Does the sata connections have any difference from the optical bay compared to the main HDD. Because i installed a OS on my SSD drive, and put it in the location of old optical disk?
I put it in there because i feel more safe having a spinning hd in the original enclourure, and ssd can withstand the movement etc in the caddy.
If not, i can always switch it, but cbf opening my mac up again...
So is there a difference in the sata connections?
