Hello,
I think this question has been asked numerous times but I couldnt find an answer that was appropriate to my macbook.
I have a early 2006 Macbook with a 2.0Ghz Core Duo on the logic board. I would like to upgrade to a Core 2 Duo, but am aware that the CPU is soldered to the logic board, would it be possible to upgrade to a 2.0Ghz Core 2 Duo logic board from a late 2006 model and put it in my early 2006 model?
I have read about heatsink connections, battery connections, and airport connections but wasnt sure how these applied to my specific model in question, just wondered if anyone had experience in early and late 2006 models,
Thanks
