MacBook Pro 2.2 i7 + MacBook 2.2 Duo 2 (late 2007) + ATV2 + T/C-2Tb + iPhone4 + iPad2 (64gb wifi)
well, because if Motorola won, i guess they could force Apple to remove the slide to unlock feature from the iPhone and iPad, thus changing one of the fundamental designs of Apple's mobile devices...

so IMHO it is a good thing to win..

not sure it does negatively affect the Apple product, but in this world of litigation, it's 'braggers' rights i guess..
