Secret Hideout

When we were kids this is the sort of place we'd use as our secret hideout. It's actually located at Wahkeena Falls along the Columbia River Gorge in Oregon. I go there often.

we just has an abandoned school as our own private playground, just above our street. All the mums knew it was where we played, so at about 5 o'clock they would start to appear to call us in one by one for tea (english term for supper)

It looks like a public toilet, sorry.

Must be a fairly wet climate around there. I notice the abundance of moss growing on the trees and to the side of the building. Beautiful photo as usual Bob. Very well done.

Wet Climate, in the Pacific Northwest? LOL You should see the moss growing under a fresh few inches of snow or freezing fog. If you've ever watched the new TV series Grimm you're seeing my home in Portland, Oregon.

Great shot. Makes my photo skills look like they were taken by a sleepy toddler.
