Lion Update issue

Since I updated my laptop to the latest 10.7.3 my laptop fan runs all the time and it seems to take much longer to boot to desktop.

Anyone else seeing this issue and what can i do to fix the problem?

After 10.7.3 Fan runs constantly

Yes, I'm having the same problem. Wondering how to get back to where I was. I didn't back up to time capsule before this last update, alas.
