I can open all attachments fine, except for those sent to me from Hotmail accounts. More clearly, they ONLY won't appear if they are responding to an email I had send them. It shows as an attachment in the window, but then when I open the email up, there is no attachment there. If they send a 'fresh' email then it works fine.
This wasn't a problem until I put social media icons in my signature (which show up as attachments), so that has to be part of the problem. Does anyone know how I can access the attachments sent from Hotmail accounts, or how I can fix this problem?
