PowerMac G4

I have a PowerMac G4 running Mac OS X 10.5.8. I am just curious as to the best flash player or other services similar so that the computer can operate at maximum speed and efficiency. Any suggestions are welcomed.

also, i have an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro video card w/ 128MB video memory
