Hello All,

I am bouncing around in the terminal looking for the the Snow Leopard OS, I would like to save this to disk, and I can not find it. I also can not find the Lion OS app as well. Can atone shed some light on my issue. I'm pretty sure that i am doing some thing wrong here, or looking in the wrong place. Any help is appreciated.

I'm confused. Are you looking for the installation files for each OS? What exactly is the goal here?

OS X doesn't save the installation files to the filesystem - that would be a waste of space. If you're looking to make a backup, you might want to think about cloning your hard drive using something like SuperDuper or Carbon Copy Cloner.
