Depends.
If you are talking about magazine subscriptions you bought through the iBookStore, then the answer is no, not yet. I would be surprised if Apple wasn't working on an iBooks for Mac but at present it doesn't exist.
If we are talking about subscriptions purchased via Zinio, then yes. Zinio makes a client app for Mac as well as iOS.

If you use an app like zinio reader to subscribe and read your magazines, it makes the magazines available on any device the app is installed on.
