"Invalid mobileme i.d. or password" message

I have no idea where to post this nor how to search to see if any one else has this problem.

I continually get a popup-about every 15 minutes-that says:

"You entered an invalid MobileMe member name or password.

Verify your MobileMe member name and password in MobileMe System Preferences."

I have 3 alternate email addresses including @mobileme.com and they are all verified. My primary email address and apple i.d. is @mac.com. It does not have the word "verified" under it and there is no way that I can edit it nor delete it.

I deleted the @mobileme.com address, but I still got the popup. I can sign in with either the mac.com or the mobileme.com so apparently they are interchangeable.

It's really getting on my nerves especially since it is apparently also affecting my iCalendar.

Help will be greatly appreciated.

Have you converted your MobileMe to iCloud yet?
If you have then you can get these messages.

What device is giving you these messages - a computer or an iOS device?
